The North York Aeros defeated the Mississauga Chiefs by a score of 4-2 in the final game of the 1999 Senior AAA Ontario Provincial Championship, hosted by Mississauga from February 3-7 1999. As a result, the Aeros will represent Ontario at the 1999 Esso Canadian National Championship hosted by Mississauga, Ontario from March 25-28, 1999. Once again, congratulations to the Aeros on winning their 10th Provincial Championship in the last 11 years!
The 2nd and 3rd placed team from this championship will represent Ontario at the 1999 Central Canadian Championship. This is a Championship that features two teams from Ontario and two from Quebec.

Here are the results of all games. The format of the competiton was a round robin series between five teams, with the top four teams advancing to the semi-finals.
