1. What is the difference between the Phong illumination model, Phong shading, and Gouraud shading? Describe how the various quantities necessary in the Phong illumination model are calculated during Phong shading.
2. Given a Phong Illumination model, plot the contributions of the diffuse and specular components as a function of y on the image plane. Assume that the eye is far enough away that what is seen can be approximated by an orthographic projection.
