rapid prototypes. Performed user needs analysis of a potential new user group.

EDI Administrator - Canadian EDI Services 1992 - 1993
Created documents for EDI (Electronic Data Interchange) clients and supported the
transition of the new EDI Senior Administrator. Provided support during the upgrade of
MVS by providing updates, retrieving information, and assisting with programming
problems. Monitored EDI transactions and created a simple analysis system to provide
insight into problem areas.
